Savannah our sweet Dutch herder has had a rocky start, unfortunately life hasn't worked out in her last home so she is back and looking for a forever family that are ready for the adventures this gorgeous girl will bring!
Being a high energy working breed, Savannah will not only require plenty of exercise but would also benefit from games to keep her brain occupied, activities like scent work or agility can be fun for the owners as well as the dog and are an invaluable way to bond with, and enjoy your new companion!
Savannah loves dogs and is really hoping for a new home with a doggy playmate to help burn off some of that energy! She has also lived with children so although she has been assessed as needing to live with ten years old and up this is purely because of her size and being bouncy. Staff will use their discretion for younger families with children that are used to large dogs as she doesn't have a bad bone in her little body!
She is sweet and affectionate and eagerly wants to greet every person she sees and enjoys cuddles with her handlers after having a walk or a play in our fields.
Savannah is a loving, well rounded beautiful girl and we hope she finds the perfect forever home soon! They need to be able to give her not only the training and exercise she needs but also the love, care and attention she deserves.
